In-Person / Virtual / Hybrid
In-Person Session
We will meet at your place of choice. your home, local park, or if you have access to a gym. We will discuss what equipment you have available and We will also provide when needed.
Virtual Session
Provides more flexibility. You can work out where ever and whenever you want (within out business ours). We will take into account what you have, although equipment is not always required. This also allows you to continue to be consistent even if you have a trip or other life changes.
Hybrid
You would like to meet once or twice a month and meet the rest of the sessions virtually, or you may choose to follow our programs and have check-ins on how you are doing and feeling with them to keep track of you progress.
