Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your training session. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our trainers, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Full Refund: Cancellation or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled training session will receive a full refund of the session fee. Half Refund: Cancellation or rescheduling requests made between 12 to 24 hours before the scheduled training session will receive a half refund of the session fee. No Refund: Cancellation or rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the scheduled training session will not be eligible for a refund. In case of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, we may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. We kindly request that you provide documentation or evidence to support your claim. Clients are allowed a maximum of two rescheduled sessions per month, subject to availability. Additional rescheduling requests may be accommodated at our discretion. Cancellation or rescheduling requests can be made by contacting us via phone or email. Please provide your name, contact information, and the date/time of the scheduled session when making the request. Our trainers are committed to providing the best possible service to our clients. In the event that a trainer needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we will make every effort to notify you in advance and arrange for a suitable alternative session time. By booking a training session with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of our cancellation policy outlined above.
